Offering drop-in replacement for RFCM2680, this SMT multi-chip module operates from 40–1,200 MHz and provides output level of 60 dBmV under 1.2 GHz channel loading with <10-10 BER and 42 dB MER and -80 dB CTB and -80 dB CSO.
