The Role We are looking for people to contribute to the enhancement of our existing GNSS receiver technologies as well as helping to develop new products. Seniority of the roles can be adjusted according to the expertise of candidates. Duties will include Design and develop GNSS receiver signal processing algorithms for NSLs receiver products and applications. Initially this will focus on the design andor implementation of suitable DSP for FPGA or realtime firmware on embedded processors. Create and deliver relevant documentation following the companys processes Essential Skills Knowledge of spread spectrum communications systems, such as GNSS satellite navigation systems, or CDMA communications systems. Digital signal processing algorithms digital filtering, signal detection and signal parameter estimation, including mitigation techniques for impairments such as multipath and radio frequency interference. Strong analytical and maths skills Proficiency in MATLAB and C Experience and knowledge of DSP algorithm implementation in FPGA or realtime embedded firmware in C Minimum Bachelors degree in Electrical Electronic Engineering focus on telecommunications and signal processing is desired, Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics Desirable Skills RF and analogue electronics for wireless transceiver design knowledge Firmware and software development in Realtime Operating Systems RTOS and Linux operating systems, particularly at a low level Knowledge of programming microprocessors such as ARM, DSP chips, and FPGA. in a resource constrained environment knowledge and experience of software development environment for these processors Knowledge of lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and arbitrary signal generator To apply, please send your CV and any covering information to recruitmentnsl.eu.com
