Against this background, Investor's Management Group will consist of the following members with respective responsibilities: Johan Forssell - President and CEO Helena Saxon - CFO Daniel Nodhall - Listed Core Investments Petra Hedengran - General Counsel, corporate governance, investments in EQT funds Stefan Stern - Communication, Public Affairs and CSR These changes will be effective May 12, with the exception of Helena Saxon who assumed her position on March 1 and Petra Hedengran who has been a member of the Management Group since 2007.
