The sixth Tall Ship Celebration comes to downtown Bay City July 14-17, when a dozen vessels - including three making their debut at the three-time "Port of the Year" winning site - are slated to line the Saginaw River. The 2016 fleet, which is still being finalized, is estimated to cost the Bay City port visit $215,000, with appearance fees for each ship ranging from $12,000 to $45,000.
