As part of its Global Be Responsible Day campaign, the beer giant released the 60-second "Friends Are Waiting" commercial, highlighting the friendship between a man and his dog, referred to as simply "Buddy" in the ad.

Mich. to get added drinking water protection

Calgon Carbon signs 10-year contract with CA water district to improve drinking water

Calgon Carbon Corporation and Palmdale Water District of California have signed a 10-year contract under which Calgon Carbon will provide reactivation services to treat the District's drinking water. The value of the contract will depend upon the amount of spent carbon that is reactivated annually, which is expected to be 1 million pounds.

US: Beer Institute hails fall in underage drinking - figures
