2014-11-15 09:51:19| Waste Management - Topix.net
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has notified the Port O'Connor Improvement District water system that the drinking water being supplied to customers had exceeded the maximum contaminant level for total trihalomethanes. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has established the maximum contaminant level for total trihalomethanes at 0.080 milligrams per liter based on locational running annual average, and has determined that it is a health concern at levels above the containment level, according to a notice the Port O'Connor Improvement District sent to residents this week.

Polyurethane Seal protects turbine bearings from contaminants.
2014-08-05 14:32:04| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today
Manufactured from polyurethane material exhibiting resistance to wear, abrasion, UV radiation, and ozone, SKF axial excluder seal (HRC1) comes in standard solid and split versions for shaft sizes from 1–3 m and offers alternative to rubber seals in wind turbine applications. Sealing lip helps reduce bending while minimizing contact area, friction, and wear; flexibility and engineering geometry allow axial displacement of + 2 mm; and integrated grooves keep sealing edge properly lubricated.
