NI Direct Injector Driver System provides power stage for ECUs to control high-powered direct fuel injectors. Digital command signals from ECU are read on NI 9411 digital input module, and interpreted by software on NI CompactRIO controller. Digital commands are then used to schedule output signals from Drivven DI Driver modules to fuel injectors. A landfill had an existing single basin SBR plant to process the leachate which is notable for its high nitrogen load. The original system was installed with a fine pore diffuser aeration system and due to the chemical/biological composition of the mixed liquor it was prone to diffuser fouling and premature membrane failure.
