De enorme complexen van ODS in Barendrecht en Ridderkerk hebben het Omikron CallHelp 400 oproepsysteem in gebruik. Beide installaties zijn zonder één draad te trekken geplaatst. Bij de vestiging in Ridderkerk zijn Noodknoppen (paddestoel paniekknop) geplaatst die de chauffeurs kunnen indrukken bij calamiteiten tijden laden/lossen. Bij het indrukken worden de "piepers"" van de hulpverleners opgeroepen met het laaddok in het display.
