East Price Hill Man Accused of Stealing Christmas Trees

Michael Denny, 44, of East Price Hill, is accused of stealing Christmas trees from the Kroger parking lot on Warsaw Ave. Cincinnati police said they spotted Denny stealing eight trees around 9:30 a.m. Monday. He was driving an ATV, which police said was stolen from a dealership.

HIGHLAND >> A Riverside County sheriff's employee identified a man caught on surveillance video stealing packages after she saw the video in news reports . Officials say Marcellus Carter, 40, of San Bernardino grabbed packages off a porch soon after the boxes were delivered by a United Parcel Service driver on Nov. 18. Deputies from the San Bernardino County sheriff's Highland station served a search warrant at Carter's home in the 200 block of West 17th Street in San Bernardino on Dec. 5 but he wasn't home.
