Firefighters on scene told KHQ the fire started at around 10:30 p.m. Flames engulfed the street department's storage building which housed around 20 vehicles inside, including dump trucks and front end loaders. With the assistance of the Arden and Kettle Falls Fire Departments, crews were able to put out the flames, but the buildings and vehicles are considered to be a total loss.
