The SKY13286-359LF is a GaAs pHEMT FET, single-pole, double throw (SPDT) absorptive switch. Features include high isolation 64 dB at 1 GHz and 2 GHz, and integrated silicon CMOS driver, and a single, positive voltage control of 0 to 3 and 0 to 5 V.
