The Van Leeuwen Artisan Ice Cream Book (Ecco) collects delicious and flavorful frozen treats made from simple, natural ingredients easily found in most pantries. Pete Van Leeuwen will be on-hand to present the book, as well as to share ice cream tasting samples.
