The SKY12242-492LF is an integrated, high-power single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch designed with a driver circuit that is ideal for TDD 2G/3G/4G LTE applications. The device features 100 W voltage, minimal external components, a smaller PCB footprint, and requirement of only a single +5 V DC supply, and a 0 to 3 V logic control.
