Teledyne Paradise Datacom recently announced the new 100W Ka-Band Outdoor SSPA built for extreme environmental conditions and high reliability operation. The SSPA includes two and four-module models designed to generate power levels that exceed those of traveling wave tube amplifiers (TWTAs) commonly used at gateway earth stations.
