2 Companies That Could Be On Pentair's Acquisition List

Trian Partners, led by Nelson Peltz, recently disclosed a 13 million share stake in Pentair amounting to a little over 7% of Pentair's shares outstanding or $830 million. Peltz wants PNR to consolidate its industry and make a number of acquisitions with the hopes of driving efficiencies and reducing costs across companies.
