Clayton County prosecutors say the owners of two used car dealerships who are accused of rolling back vehicle odometers have been arrested. District Attorney Tracy Graham Lawson says father and son owners of JD's Auto Sales, John Egbe and Sylvester Egbe were arrested Thursday.
