Broad St. Along with Whole Foods Market and The Goldring Center for Culinary Medicine, Mickley-Doyle leads a class at The Goldring Center on Monday, Nov. 16, about preparing vegan and vegetarian Thanksgiving dishes, including lentil and greens ragout, cauliflower and potato mash with mushroom gravy and more .
