The awards were presented on Friday on the final day of the 2014 Arkansas Watershed Conference, sponsored by the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality. The Ginger Tatom Professional of the Year Award was presented to Lyle Godfrey, a 36-year employee of the Arkansas Department of Health.
