A Gem for any Occasion

Sapphire is excellent under saddle at the walk, trot, and canter, and has shown succesfully in local schooling shows in hunter ring with a Junior rider over courses of 2'6". Sapphire is a confident jumper - who never refuses and enjoys a challenge. She has jumped a maximum height of 3 ft. Sapphire has trail ridden successfully. Sapphire has basic dressage training, including leg yielding, extends and collects, and knows flying leads, etc. Sapphire is neither spooky nor silly under saddle. She is an intelligent mare, and is happiest when ridden consistently. She would best suit a young adult who is confident and experienced and who wants a horse to pleasure ride, perhaps working in hunterjumper and dressage disciplines. I have raised her from a foal and hate to let her go, but as I am now in my late 60's, I find that she needs a younger, stronger rider. Price negotiable to the right home.
