Disappointing Fiscal Q3 results and lower guidance are only the beginning; we expect more challenges ahead particularly related to Citadel acquisition and the highly-leveraged balance sheet. A. Schulman paid $800 million for Citadel Plastics and the transaction is expected to close in the current fiscal year; management expects $25 million in synergies from the deal.
