AB InBev, SAB Miller agree to form world's largest beer firm

Budweiser's parent company has agreed in principle to buy the parent firm of Milwaukee's Miller Brewing -- which would create the world's largest beermaker. InBev, which owns Anheuser-Busch, has been talking for almost a month about acquiring Miller -- but its previous offers were turned down.
