ADM subsidiary admits overseas bribery, fined

An overseas subsidiary of agribusiness giant Archer Daniels Midland Company has agreed to pay $17.8 million in fines after pleading guilty to bribing Ukrainian officials, the U.S. Justice Department said Friday.
