ADT's CEO would get $9.29 million 'golden parachute'

ADT's chief executive Naren Gursahaney will walk away with at least $9.29 million if ADT's acquisition by a private equity firm is completed, according to executive pay firm Equilar. Earlier this week, the nation's largest residential security firm agreed to a $6.9 billion acquisition by Apollo Global Management, which plans to combine ADT with a Chicago-area security company.
