AEA Investors LP To Acquire Siemens Water Technologies

AEA Investors LP has signed an agreement to acquire the municipal, industrial and services water and wastewater treatment operations and assets of Siemens Water Technologies for EUR 640 million. The transaction is still subject to regulatory approval.
