AG: Valley car dealer contines to violate law

The Arizona Attorney General says it is taking a used car dealer back to court for the same business practices it agreed to stop using last year. Prieto's Auto Sales is accused of repeatedly violating the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act, and saying a complaint released on Tuesday that the company's "clear, deliberate, and ongoing disregard for this Court's order undermines the Court's authority and harms consumers."
