AHG's sale of Covs hits a snag

Automotive Holdings Group's $45 million sale of its Covs parts business to the US-based owner of Repco has hit a snag. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has issued a statement of issues about the sale, fearing it may remove competition in the market in nine regional WA towns.
