AIA presented its Wright-Curtiss Legacy Award to U.S. Senator Saxby Chambliss (R-Ga) in recognition of his longtime support of the aerospace and defense industry. Sen. Chambliss serves on Senate Armed Services Committee, is vice chairman of Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, and co-chaired Senate Aerospace Caucus. Throughout his nearly 20 years working on Capitol Hill, he has been recognized as a leading Senate expert on national security, homeland security, and intelligence issues.
