AMDs new Richland APU boosts clocks and adds features, but its a just minor Trinity refresh

AMD's Richland is debuting today, as a modest refresh of the Trinity platform that debuted last year. Rumors that the chip would contain a major new GPU core or other significant tech advance were incorrect, but there are some power improvements and software updates that should make the chip more attractive to OEMs.
