On his trip to Beijing, China from September 21–24, ANSI vice president of international policy Joseph Tretler met with Administrator Tian Shihong and other senior leadership at SAC, IGRS Alliance, and Beijing AQSIQ. Trip emphasized U.S.-China cooperation in ISO and afforded opportunities to network with ANSI members and partner organizations based in China. While abroad, ANSI engaged in discussions with SAC on rollout of standardization reform in China.
