In December 2012, ANSI gained 10 new members: AES Engineering LLC, ComRent International, FASTORQ, Hoodz of Downtown Chicago, Pall Life Sciences, Pepsico Inc., Providence Health & Services, Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute, SVI International Inc., and Virtual Inc. Institute's constituency works together to improve quality of life for all citizens by developing, implementing, and promulgating voluntary consensus standards and related conformance assessment systems.
