Rated from -40 to +85°C and operating from 1.85–3.8 V supply, EFM32 Wonder Gecko includes ARM Cortex-M4 processor that provides full DSP instruction set and dedicated floating point unit (FPU). MCU also utilizes eLL (extreme low leakage) process to minimize power draw in active and sleep modes. Connectivity is fostered via EBI/EMI, I²C, IrDA, SmartCard, SPI, and UART/USART, and standard peripherals include brown-out detect/reset, DMA, I²S, POR, PWM, and WDT.
