ASE Chairman says sorry over pollution

Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Chairman Jason Chang yesterday apologized over the recent wastewater scandal, in which his firm was identified as the main perpetrator, and promised to invest at least NT$100 million each year in environmental protection over 30 years.
