E3033, Guide for Beneficial Use of Landfills and Chemically Impacted Sites, will help environmental professionals assess or repurpose landfills and chemically impacted sites. Approved by ASTM International, guide is based on information from several environmental site assessments, provides standard approach to assessing safety, and may also be used to establish criteria for chemical cleanup and post-cleanup use, rehabbing decades-old landfills, and other environmental cleanup initiatives.
