William C. Plumstead Sr., president, CEO, and principle nondestructive testing engineer Level III of Plumstead Quality and Training Services Inc., has received Lifetime Achievement Award from ASTM International Committee E07 on Nondestructive Testing. A member of ASTM and E07 since 1970, Plumstead was honored  for his distinguished service and dedication to advancement of quality in nondestructive testing industry through standards development.
