Committee D04 on Road and Paving Materials presented ASTM International Prevost Hubbard Award to Stuart Schwotzer, senior geologist in Construction Services Division at Bowser-Morner Laboratories in Dayton, OH, for his contributions to development of standards for road and paving materials. ASTM International member since 1978, Schwotzer specializes in testing and evaluation of aggregates used in construction. He has also held various roles at Ohio DoT in Columbus.
