Recognizing years of service and dedication toward developing international standards for nondestructive testing industry, ASTM International Committee E07 on Nondestructive Testing honored Robert Hardison with Lifetime Achievement Award. Hardison, ASTM member since 1967, led E07 as chairman for two consecutive terms, initiated establishment of Subcommittee E07.95 on Long-Range Planning, and served terms on ASTM board of directors and Standing Committee on Technical Committee Operations.
