ATA hires senior VP of legislative affairs

Long-time trucking industry lobbyist Mike Joyce has joined the American Trucking Associations as the federation's senior vice president of legislative affairs. A Capitol Hill and trucking industry veteran, according to ATA President and CEO Bill Graves, Mr. Joyce is "well-known and respected in the halls of Congress and in our industry, and we are tremendously pleased that he will be part of the ATA family going forward."
