AUDIO: BSA boss on older workforce

The Department for Work and Pensions says the number of people aged between 50 and 64 in employment in the UK has increased by nearly two-million over the past 15 years. BSA Managing Director Steve Brittan says manufacturing companies have had to employ older workers due to a skills gap among younger people.
