AUDIO: Benefits need 'radical reform'

People in receipt of benefits (excluding pensioners, the sick, carers) should, after two years, have to do 30 hours of community service a week or get their benefits cut entirely, according to a report for the Taxpayers' Alliance. Chris Philp, author of the report, and Joanna Long, member of the campaign group Boycott Workfare, debate the plans.
