Available in all Abtex brush configurations, application-specific diamond filament brushes feature diamond abrasive grains impregnated into nylon fiber. Hard and aggressive abrasive filaments, combined with construction method, help extend brush life. Abrasive filament brushing tools are mounted on molded, composite cores and backing materials. Uses include honing carbide cutting tools and finishing harder metals as well as deburring and finishing glass, ceramic, and aerospace alloys.
