Advanced Energy chairman Hudgens retires

Advanced Energy Industries Inc. on Monday announced that Terry Hudgens, chairman of the Fort Collins-based company, has decided to retire and not stand for re-election to the board. The board has appointed Grant Beard as the new chairman of the board.
