Affidavit: Crockett man caught stealing copper track wire from railroad crossing

Houston County Sheriff's deputies arrested 34-year-old man after a Union Pacific Railroad employee went to investigate an outage at a railroad crossing Tuesday and found a man with a duffel bag stuffed with track wire. Adarius Dwayne Faggett, of Crockett, is still being held in the Houston County jail on two state-jail felony charges - theft of copper and interference with railroad property.
