2015-10-06 13:17:03| Energy - Topix.net
NorthWestern Energy makes its case to state regulators Tuesday in a dispute over at least $8.5 million that the utility collected from Montana customers after a 2013 power plant outage. The South Dakota-based utility said in filings with the state Public Service Commission that the charges were needed to offset costs for replacement power bought on the open market.
