After fire, Glendale Waste Water Treatment Plant overfills

For the second time this week, Glendale's waste water treatment facility over filled, causing raw sewage and storm water to flow into nearby Cow Creek. At approximately 8 a.m. Thursday, workers of the plant arrived at work to find black smoke billowing out of the facility's lab.
