Agency staff recommends $2.9M fines in 911 outage case

A staff report to the state's Utilities and Transportation Commission is recommending that CenturyLink be fined up to $2.9 million for a six-hour 911 outage earlier this year. The staff report was released Tuesday on its investigation into the statewide outage in April.
