Air France to announce 'significant' job cuts on Monday: CEO

"It will unfortunately be a significant job reduction plan ... We will discuss it with staff representatives on Monday," Alexandre de Juniac said. On Thursday the airline had warned it would be cutting back on its operations in the next two years in order to safeguard its future after talks with pilots over a restructuring plan failed.
