In a blue jacket, open-collar shirt and no tie, United Airlines' new chief executive officer, Oscar Munoz, cuts a dashing figure in a video he made that invites customers and employees to air their grievances and share their ideas on how to restore the carrier's tainted brand. "Let's be honest," Munoz says, looking like a young Gene Hackman in the video.
