Alaska Court Orders Regulators to Examine Hilcorp Pipeline Leak

The court said the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission improperly rejected a petition for a hearing on a leak from a Hilcorp Energy Co. pipeline that lasted for several months in 2017.
