Albemarle will move its Baton Rouge headquarters to Charlotte

Specialty chemical maker Albemarle Corp. will relocate its corporate headquarters and its performance chemicals business from Baton Rouge to Charlotte, North Carolina. Albemarle also will move the Baton Rouge employees in its refining solutions business to its existing Clear Lake, Texas, office.
