(Telecompaper) Alcatel Onetouch has unveiled at CES in Las Vegas the Pixi 4 entry-level range. This includes smartphones with screens of 4.0, 5.3 and 6.0 inches as well as a 7-inch tablet. The company also introduced the Pxixi 3 8-inch Windows tablet, with voice controls, front and back cameras, and GPS. The tablet, which can also serve as a TV remote control, can be personalised with coloured skins and flip stands. In addition, the company is showing the CareTime watch for children. The GPS watch allows parents to locate their children and also call them or leave them messages. It includes an option to programme emergency numbers as well as the Electric Fence app, to warn parents when the child leaves or enters a specified area.
